Solar heating
Pump control units for houses

Acting as the interface between the panels and the solar tank, the Dynasol 110 unit comprises a low-consumption magnetic coupling pump which circulates the heat-transport fluid.

An intelligent and multi-lingual regulator controls the whole system using an integrated energy meter in order to ensure an optimal and measured energy supply that is available in real time.

Our solar control unit uses 3 sensors: one panel sensor (Tc), one sensor at the start of the solar coil (Tin), and one in the bottom of the boiler, at the end of the solar coil (Tb).

When there is energy to be collected from the solar panels, the control unit activates the pump. This then pumps fluid from the boiler towards the panels. The heat-transport fluid heats up in the panels and then comes back to transfer its heat energy to the water in the boiler.

The pump stops when the solar system has no energy left to transfer to the water tank.

In other words, the pump stops when the difference in temperature measured at the start and end of the solar coil is less than 1°C. It also stops when the boiler reaches its programmed temperature.

Up to 3 sensors

The Dynasol 110 has :

A pump with a capacity of 110 litres/hour - a 230 volt AC mono engine powers the pump.

Magnetic engine/pump coupling so that the system consumes less energy.

An electromagnetically-controlled pump bypass valve.

Airtight casing which uses "ALEF" automatic regulators with a 230V AC supply cable.

Pt1000 temperature sensors, prewired and installed.

A painted steel mount for fixing the unit to an Accusol hot water accumulation tank by simply placing it on top.
