Over several years, ESE has been expanding its engineering capacity for solar energy systems. ESE has the tools and practical experience in structural planning to be able to carry out feasibility studies and produce specific designs, and then to install the chosen system.
This side of the business started in 1979/1980 when it designed and installed a large-scale system comprising 2200 m2 of solar panels in Chevetogne in Belgium, a system that is still operational after 30 years and in very good working order.
ESE has always used reliable systems in order to guarantee long-term energy supply and the best possible performance.
ESE is able to carry out assessments and produce structural plans that ensure the user a contractually-guaranteed amount of energy every year, working in partnership with companies that specialise in installation.

Since the 1990's, ESE has been helping develop the concept of a "Solar Energy Guarantee". In practice, this concept guarantees an annual supply of energy for the user, who will receive recompense if the targets are not achieved.
ESE remotely monitors how its systems are working and provides users with energy assessment reports in order to ensure the Solar Energy Guarantee. The monitoring is done using a measuring and monitoring system called "Acsol".
