Heat pumps
Principle

Concept harmonieux, souple et efficace

The Domopac system comprises static hot air panels, which are placed in your garden and connected to a heat pump installed in your boiler room. The number of panels you need will depend on how well your house is insulated.

The principle behind our heat pump is simple. It transfers heat from an inexhaustible source (the outside air) to inside your house.

Energy is drawn from the outside air by our hot air panels, which have glycol water circulating through them. This energy heats the coolant fluid in the heat pump (evaporator).

The heat pump's internal circuit continues heating the fluid to a temperature that can be used to heat your house (compressor).

The fluid transfers its heat to your heating circuit (condenser).

Released of its energy, the fluid then flows in to the reducer in order to start the cycle again.

Heat pumps

This system is highly energy efficient because for every 1 kWh of electricity consumed by the compressor, Domopac can produce up to 4.35 kWh of heat.
